SQTS: Opening hours between Christmas and New Year

Dear customers,

The year is drawing to a close and we would like to inform you in good time about the opening hours of SQTS during the holidays at the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026. The following times apply for sample collection at the two SQTS sites in Dietikon and St-Aubin:

• December 22, 23 and 24: Sample collection at both locations from 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-16:00

• ‍December 25 and 26: Both locations are closed

• ‍‍December 29, 30 and 31: Sample collection at both locations from 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-16:00

• ‍January 01 and 02: Both locations are closed

Please note that our laboratory will be working with reduced staffing in calendar weeks 52/2025 and 01/2026. However, we will do everything we can to process your samples as quickly as possible and send you the reports promptly.

In order to ensure a regular processing time, we ask you to send us plannable food samples ideally by the end of calendar week 49 (by December 5, 2025).

For tests on food contact materials with a longer standard processing time, we recommend sending in the samples earlier. Your customer service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
